Apple Nachos

INGREDIENTS:
1 large Honeycrisp apple
1 tablespoon sunflower seed butter
3 tablespoons mini vegan chocolate chips or cacao nibs
1 tablespoon date syrup or honey
INSTRUCTIONS:
1. Wash and dry the apple and cut into slices.
2. Arrange apple slices on a board or plate. Drizzle slices with sunflower seed butter and honey.
3. Sprinkle apple nachos with chocolate chips or cacao nibs. Enjoy!
